How to Persuade From Inside A Pink Bubble

As an architect, Louis Sullivan understood the idea that form follows function. Having designed the skyscraper, he was responsible for creating the modern cityscape.

If you're a salesperson, it may be that the function you are trying to accomplish is to persuade affluent prospects to buy your products or services.

If we think back to Sullivan's credo, it's easy to comprehend that we can design a form to go along with our function.

By building models of persuasion you will find you get amazing results affecting other people.

In rapport, we build the model of the person we're persuading. We build them and step into their shoes so that we can become them.

Here are some more far out models which will make persuasion even more effective with your affluent prospects.

This process is like 'walking a mile in somebody else's shoes'. It's asking your other than conscious mind to do something powerful on your behalf.

By assuming and presupposing that you can do this, your other than conscious believes that you CAN. It understands, and it takes its orders detoxification products engages the necessary behavior to fulfill the wish. Now all we have to do is set up 'the bubble'. This concept comes from metaphysical literature and is an effective tool in relation to rapport, whether you buy into metaphysics or not.

What you want to do is "encircle" someone (or a group of people) with a "bubble".

The color of the bubble matters - I'm not quite sure why, but it does. So we'll just take what works and use either a pink or gold bubble.

As I step, I throw a lasso around you, and now you're encased in a bubble. Right when I step, I do this. As I step, I also enter the bubble.

I understand that you're reading this thinking, 'This is crazy. What the hell is this guy talking about?'

I understand. Really, I do. There's a real point to this, and that is to link us with our prospects energetically.

So if you're inside the bubble with them and you've surrounded yourself with this bubble of energy, imagine what kind of effect it will have. It's extremely powerful.

In designing this form, the function that we want to accomplish is rapport that leads to persuasion, influence.

I use the pink bubble all the time in group settings. I drop the pink bubble over the whole group and at will, step in and out of it as I need.

What will be the impact of doing that?

Well, the influence is that I'm creating rapport between my students and people who come to the seminar.

I step into the bubble... what happens? My influence takes over. It's my bubble. I own it. It works for me. Experiment with the bubble and please post to the forum experiences. This will be an incredibly interesting exercise for you. You'll gain an entirely new perspective on your persuasive ability toward the affluent.
